GYRO International Enters Public Relations Arena with Acquisition of hsdcommunications
Gyro International, Europe’s leading integrated communications agency, today announces the acquisition of award-winning specialist healthcare PR agency, hsdcommunications.
hsdcommunications primarily operates in public relations and medical education on behalf of companies in the over-the-counter and prescription medicine, medical devices and complementary healthcare sectors. The company has a turnover of £2 million and a staff of 20 people.
The acquisition of hsdcommunications by Gyro International significantly strengthens the group’s expertise in the healthcare and biotech arena and follows its acquisition of Woolley Pau in November and bio-chemical marketing specialist Cicero in March.
Terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.
